- Heart Rate Variability (HRV): HeartMath: biofeedback device recommended by Dr. Jonas. He suggests the Inner Balance which is done through a smart phone; one could use the EmWave if a a simple feedback device is desired, rather than using a smart phone. After ordering and receiving the device, remember that to create a restful space to use it in; a relaxing and quiet place you can practice where you will not be disturbed. It takes 20-30 minutes a day for 6-8 weeks for the brain to change – but it does, so keep it up.
